Fun at the Pumpkin Patch!!

Yesterday was Lily's first field trip at the pre-k program and she was sooo excited. We had been counting down the days for weeks! I was afraid it was going to be rained out, but no such luck! Ha-Ha!! I hate to sound so negative but I really wasn't looking forward to standing around in the freezing weather. But luckily it wasn't too bad, and Lily's smiles made me forget all about being cold. I just cannot believe how much Lily is growing up. Last year we went to the pumpkin patch with her preschool and she wouldn't leave my side. This year she did so good, she stood in line and participated in almost all of the activities (I did have to run with her during the relay race). The biggest surprise of all was when her teacher asked the class to look at the camera and smile and Lily actually looked at the camera and smiled!! I know, I know I am stunned as well!!!! My beautiful little girl is growing up way too fast for me.

Here is Lily's class when they first got to the pumpkin patch. Who would have thought that my daughter would be one of the tallest kids in class, she definitely takes after her daddy!
Look at that sweet smile!!
Lily loved playing the parachute game this year, last year she refused to touch it!
YEA!!! This is so much fun!

Alora and Lily holding up their pumpkins they got to take home. They aren't in the same class but they love to see each other at school. What sweet friends!!!!

Aww. Very cute pictures. I love her little pink coat. Glad she participated in the parachute game. I LOVED the parachute game when I was little. It was my favorite.

Yay for Lily! Love her, love that she is able to have fun with her classmates, love that she's growing up (but she can slow wayyyy down now that she's in my Sunday School class).

What did I tell you...she is just like Reece. I knew she would grow out of her shyness. Isn't it great to be the mom of the "tall kid"!! I love it that Kam is one of the tallest in her class...that is something I could NEVER say about myself!!
