Hello again!

It seems like I haven't posted in quite awhile. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We had a fun filled week in western Oklahoma. We started off the week in Woodward, the kids love playing in Pa and Mimi's many leaf piles. On Monday all the grandkids put up Pa and Mimi's Christmas tree, they love to decorate. Later on in the week we headed to Camargo where we met up with Josh and we were able to see his big kill for the week, he was pretty proud. We spent Thanksgiving at Josh's Mema's house, the kids spent the entire day outside looking at all the "bulls" as Cooper would say. Friday was quite an adventure, I went to Oklahoma City to shop with my mom, Mandy, and Katie (Sally can't hang with the dedicated shoppers). We got up at 5:30 am and arrived back at my grandma's at 12:00 am. Yes, that is 18 hours of shopping, but we had a good time!
Back in Owasso on Saturday after Thanksgiving we let Lily and Cooper trim our Christmas tree (pictures will be posted soon). I mentioned this because I have one final story to tell. I hope you all enjoy. Yesterday evening Lily and Cooper were playing by the Christmas tree and some of our red garland had fallen to the ground. I wasn't watching them close enough or should I say Cooper, because he proceeds to pick up the garland and shove it up his nose. Later he comes to me and wants me to pick his nose for him. After a few dozen sneezes Josh decides to look up Coop's nose with a flashlight. Of course he sees the red garland shining ever so brightly. I was able to reach some with our tweezers, but later realize there is more where that came from. So after a short visit to Urgent Care, Cooper is now garland free. I was a little embarassed to have to tell the nurse why we came to the clinic, but we live and we learn-right?! I am sad to say that I didn't think to take any pictures so we will have to rely on our memories so that we will never forget this fun adventure. :)

I still laugh when I hear about the garland. That is so funny. Does it make you wander what else these kids have in store for us!!

Oh Cooper! I love the pic of coop & Josh. The boys always try to get Eric when he's on the ground.

Oh Annie that is so funny about Coop and the garland. I am sure it won't be the last time with little boys are funny like that.
What a story to tell his kids someday!
I am so jealous you have a deer picture!

Nice job Josh, but to go with Cooper's nose, Cameron used to stick his food up his nose ALL the TIME. We had a visit to the hospital.

Oh my! Thankfully, so far, neither of my kids are stick-things-up-their-nosers! Good one, Josh!!

Oh my, I can't believe he did that! We are rolling! Love the pics. I hope that doesn't happen to our boys!

Those are great pictures! and nice deer (which btw, the night after we were talking about deer having to be hunted to control the population, Jeff hit one with the Church bus!) Cooper cracks me up! It sounds just like something he would do!
