I'm finally getting around to posting pics of some of the fun we've had this summer outside. Josh bought the kids a pool for our backyard. You know, one of those portable pools that you actually have to treat with chemicals? I thought it was going to be a big mess and I wasn't very excited about the idea, but the kids ABSOLUTELY love it!!!! I have to admit I now think its a great idea. It has been extremely hot outside and you really can't go out unless you're going to get in the water. So the pool is easily the best idea we've had in awhile. We also took the kiddos swimming at a big pool that friends of family own and insist we use as often as possible. They are super sweet! Ruby and Brock got to swim for the first time and they both really liked it, luckily the water was warm. Ruby turned five months old last Saturday. Just typing that out makes me a little sad, she is almost half a year old!!! Where has the time gone? She is a big girl weighing close to 16 pounds and 26 inches long. She is so fun right now, smiling all the time, laughing out loud, squealing, and starting to play with her toys. Lily and Coop fight over who gets to play peek-a-boo with her in the mornings. (This is Ruby's favorite game) She had to go to the doctor this past Wednesday because she had a nasty cough. She ended up having a double ear infection, poor baby. :( I have to admit that I was relieved that she had an ear infection, she has been soooooo fussy I was glad there was a reason for it. Sorry this is so long, I've kind of been rambling. We're heading to Camargo tomorrow for Josh's family reunion. It's always fun to have the kids on the farm, they love it. Hopefully I'll have a lot of good pics to share on Monday. :)

That is SERIOUSLY so sweet CHUB! They look so stinkin cute in their bathing suits!
Love the pictures - especially the chubby babies! Maybe I could even venture into your pool :)
A pool is a great idea, especially if you're not the one messing with the chemicals.
Lily is right - I always love her jewelry. She had a pretty, sparkly Mickey necklace from her Disneyland trip. Nice!
Love the chubby baby photos. I love baby swimsuits.
Lily and Brock have matching jowls--absolutely adorable! That pool looks so cool and inviting!
Love the chubby babies pic! Can I come over and work on my tan?
