Book Its are Back!

Actually, Book Its probably never left, but they are now back in my life after almost twenty years. WOW, that makes me sound REALLY old!!! Lily gets to participate in the Book It program this year at school. If she reads or I should say if we read to her 15 books a month she receives a Book It, we then get to head to Pizza Hut for her very own little pizza. She is very excited about this entire process and begs to read all 15 books on the first day of every month, but I make her slow things down a bit. Josh went to the "Men's Beast Feast" at church last Friday so we decided it was a perfect time to cash in a Book It. We invited Aunt Katie, Ella, and Ryder to come along and the kids had a great time.

Sweet Lily posing with her Book It coupon.

Ready to get inside and devour some pizza!!

Lily and her Aunt Katie, she loves her Aunt KK
Coop wanted to pose with Ryder, "just the boys" he said.
We love mini pizzas!!!!!!

**** One week from today I should already be holding my Ruby, she is set to arrive at 7:15 am. YEA!!!!

Didn't there use to be pin that you got that you got to add stars to when finished a book or something.......or am I making that up? Anyways, looks like the trip to Pizza Hut was fun!!

Good Luck with Miss Ruby. Can't wait to meet her. I bet the kiddos are super exicted. Oh, and if you have a Going Home Outfit already picked out, I'd love to make her her 1st bow :) That is if her MiMi hasn't already done so :)

Back in the day, there was a pin with stars. I love the Book It! program. Everyone should love to read.
Can't wait to meet Miss Ruby. Do you have her room ready? Let's see some photos.

Max told me that he is ready to hold baby Ruby. I have this feeling that Max is going to think we need another baby at our house when these little ones start arriving. He is going to have to make due with the cousins.

I remember those. They have a similar program here in VA.

Best of luck next week, I hope it's an easy delivery for you!

Josh always rushed to get his too! He loves to read though. Not sure where he gets it from cause I'm not big on reading. So excited for little RUBY!!!!

Cameron is doing that too. He wants to wait until he can bring home 3 coupons and that way his sisters can have their own pizza. We told him we would buy them some, but he wants to earn them one. He only has one left to get. I can't wait to see cute little Ruby.

Oh, I hated Book It. It was such a hassle (I am so lazy, right?). My parents hate Pizza Hut, so we never got to cash in our Book It coupons, even when we did read enough books.

The kids look like they had a ball at Pizza Hut.

Excited to see little Miss Ruby!!

Tsk, tsk, Casey. But, I would have hated Book It, too, if I never got to cash in on my reward. Reading is good.

Lily looks so cute; she is growing up so fast, though! I'll always remember her as a little 3 year old.

I love that Cooper wanted a picture of just him and Ryder.

I can't wait to see pictures of Ruby when she gets here. Still in love with her name.

Sorry for the very random, broken thought comments. I am done.

Casey Rose said I should tag everyone and have them list some of their favorite material things, so here you go. Consider yourself tagged! Check out my blog for my faves.
